Shipping Fees & Duties

  • European Union Countries: Free Shipping and Free Return

  • U.S.A.: Shipping fee 25.00  USD
    Free Custom Duties and Free Return shipping costs

  • UK: Shipping fee 15,00  GBP
    Free Custom Duties and Free Return shipping costs
  • Switzerland: Shipping fee 15,00  CHF
    Free Custom Duties and Free Return shipping costs
  • Other Countries Shipping fee 55,00 EUR
    Custom Duties and Return shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Products available shall generally be dispatched as quickly as possible. Indicative delivery terms are as follows:

  • Italy: within 3 working days from receipt of full payment

  • Europe: 2–4 business days

  • U.S.A.: 3–5 business days

Other countries: 5–9 business days, depending on the destination and applicable customs procedures

Delivery is carried out Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized couriers using specific packaging prepared by ERCOLI S.r.l.
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the order process.

Delivery times are expressed in business days and may vary due to customs inspections or events beyond the control of our appointed courier.

The above delivery terms refer to Products present in stock and must be considered as indicative and non-binding for ERCOLI S.r.l., which may subsequently confirm or alter said terms according to its needs.

Customer Obligations

Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must verify that the delivery corresponds in quantity and description to the order. If the Products delivered differ from those ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Customers are asked to carefully inspect the parcel before signing for delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, the Customer should either sign with reservation or refuse the delivery. In the event of an unauthorized signature or evident tampering, the Customer must promptly contact the courier.

If delivery cannot be successfully completed due to Customer-related issues (incorrect address, absent recipient, wrong telephone number, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may be returned to Italy at the Customer’s expense, including any import/customs fees applied upon re-entry. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due.

Transport & Insurance

Transport costs are calculated based on the weight/volume ratio and the delivery location, as defined by agreements with the courier. These costs are clearly indicated to the Customer both at the time of purchase and in the order confirmation.

All shipments made by ERCOLI S.r.l. are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Customer. Once the shipment reaches its destination, however, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.
